We are dedicated to serving our community with a variety of Mental health and social program initiatives.
"You don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared, or anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make you a ‘negative person.’ It makes you human.”

SEVA Recovery™ Peer Support Resilience Building Program©
This program provides personalized one-on-one support designed to help you recover from exhausting professional and personal overwhelm and unwanted, thoughts, habits and behaviours . Specifically tailored to dive deep into the root causes of perfectionism, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, and the self-sabotage that often keep us stuck in cycles of stress and anxiety.
You will learn practical strategies to build resilience and manage stress effectively, but we go beyond surface-level fixes. Our sessions are designed to help you confront issues like low self-esteem, intimacy and relationship challenges, unwanted behaviours, and intrusive thoughts that are often overlooked yet significantly impact your sense of well-being. You’ll discover how to silence your inner critic, identify early signs of burnout, and implement sustainable self-care practices that align with your personal and professional goals. Whether you’re trying to prevent burnout, navigate recovery, or break free from self-sabotage, this program is all about empowering you to thrive in every aspect of life.
This program doesn't require a long-term commitment or a fixed number of sessions. The pace is entirely up to you. Unlike traditional or more formal approaches, the aim of peer support isn’t to keep you in therapy for months or years. We reject the notion that things have to get worse before they get better. From the very first session, we want you to leave with a genuine sense of hope and optimism. Our focus is on helping you find your strength, resilience, and confidence as quickly as possible, so you can move forward without anything holding you back.
Peer Support differs from traditional therapy in several key ways, the most significant being that the program facilitator has firsthand lived-experience overcoming the challenges you're facing.
SEVA Recovery™ Peer Support Walk Therapy Program©
These sessions provide a unique, dynamic alternative to traditional support services. Imagine discussing your challenges, goals, and personal growth while walking in nature or through scenic city paths, combining the benefits of physical movement with meaningful conversation.
The evening prior your session, you'll receive tailored reading materials to reflect on. When you meet with your facilitator, you will have a frank discussion of your thoughts and feelings related to subjects of importance and relevance to you. Together, we’ll explore topics like unwanted behaviours and habits, confront negative thoughts and the impact of our inner critic. We can work through self-esteem issues and imposter syndrome and tackle complex issues like perfectionism, self-sabotage, and the often debilitating feelings of anhedonia, a state of mind when we no longer experience pleasure from activities that we used to enjoy.
Movement is more than just a change of scenery, it can unlock emotional and cognitive shifts that may be harder to access in a static setting. Walking side-by-side creates a sense of ease, allowing us to open up and engage in meaningful, impactful conversation.
If you’re seeking an experience that embraces both mind and body, Peer Support Walk Therapy can be a profoundly effective path to achieving the results you want. To the casual observer, it's just two friends out for a walk, but in reality, you and your facilitator are working toward transforming the way you experience the world.

SEVA Recovery™ Peer Support SUD Recovery Program©
Peer Support Substance Use Disorder (SUD) is marked by a loss of control over substance use. Our program provides personalized on-on-one peer support that recognizes the complexity of SUD, addressing not only the physical dependency but also the emotional and psychological challenges that come with it. Through evidence-based interventions and support, we focus on helping you break free from harmful patterns and reclaim control of your life. Whether the disorder is mild, moderate, or severe, we offer tailored, science-driven strategies to promote long-term wellness and recovery. Peer support differs from traditional therapy in a number of ways, the most important being that your program facilitator has lived experience overcoming Substance Use Disorder.
The program consists of 20 modules delivered over four weeks, with each 90-minute module directed by your dedicated peer support program facilitator. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach; your facilitator will continuously adjust the curriculum based on your specific needs to ensure it is relevant to your situation and most impactful for your recovery. The program operates Monday through Friday with flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
Upon completion of the program, you are provided with a comprehensive Discharge Report summarizing participation, progress, behavioural insights, and overall growth observed during their time with us. It also outlines the specific outcomes attained through your commitment to the recovery process. We uphold strict confidentiality, releasing reports only at the participant's request for medical consultations, HR purposes, legal proceedings, or as references for ongoing therapy.
Included with your completion of the SEVA Recovery™ Peer Support SUD Recovery Program© are three follow-up check-in sessions at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
